1. General Provisions

   1.1. This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by LLP “OAD-27” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

   1.2. The Operator’s primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities is the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

   1.3. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://oad27.kz.

2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy

   2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;

   2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

   2.3. Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as programs for computers and databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address https://oad27.kz;

   2.4. Information system of personal data – a collection of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing using information technologies and technical means;

   2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions resulting in the inability to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data without additional information;

   2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

   2.7. Operator – a state institution, local government body, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or carries out personal data processing, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;

   2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://oad27.kz;

   2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://oad27.kz;

   2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;

   2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited circle of persons, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

   2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;

   2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irrevocable destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoration of personal data content in the information system of personal data and (or) resulting in the destruction of personal data tangible carriers.

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User

   – Last name, first name;

   – Email address;

   – Phone number;

   – The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services.

   The above data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

   4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.

   4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to info@oad27.kz with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers”.

   4.3. Anonymized data of Users collected using internet statistics services are used to collect information about Users’ actions on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

   5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://oad27.kz. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

   5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User’s browser settings (enabled storage of cookies and use of JavaScript technology).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

   6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

   6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons. Personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.

   6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address info@oad27.kz with the subject “Updating personal data”.

   6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator’s email address info@oad27.kz with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

   7.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is supposed to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

   7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final Provisions

   8.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email info@oad27.kz.

   8.2. This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
